Our villa is build on a cliff and the precipices are weekly protected, the swimming pool also is not fenced! \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 This is why we do not want to rent it when children under 12 are present unless the parents declare they take their responsability and , in case of accident, will not accuse us !!<\/p>\n
The villa is surrounded with a big terrace, \u00a0a small garden and with an outside swimming pool
\nThis swimming pool is in overflowing and of the overflowing side there is a cliff of 30m!
\nIt is thus forbidden to walk on this side of the swimming pool.
\nIf you desire there is a madmen guard that can be put on this side what decreases the view towards the sea,\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0if you want that this one is put, prevent Paulino upon your arrival!!

\nThere is a shower of cold water on the terrace, use before entering and by going out of the swimming pool.<\/p>\n
A bathroom with shower hot and cold water and WC is in the back!<\/p>\n
There is also a staircase allowing to go down to the pebble beach \u00a0which is at the bottom of the swimming pool.<\/p>\n
Swimming in the sea is fun but on your own responsability, pay attention on sea urchins!<\/p>\n
The villa consists of a living room lounge dining room and open-plan kitchen.<\/p>\n
A television 33 chains is available.<\/p>\n
The kitchen possesses all the necessary modern equipment for up to 12 people.
\nThere are also 2 refrigerators among which one contains only paying drinks, beers, soft, certain alcohols, ice cubes! The price list of drinks is near this refrigerator. The payment of these will be made at the end of the stay.
